You can apply the ONLY HOT Hand Warmer directly to your hands in the glove. As soon as you have opened the package and the ONLY HOT heating pad comes into contact with oxygen, it will heat up. After about 30 minutes the pad has reached its maximum heat. This averages around 38 degrees with a maximum temperature of 42 degrees. The ONLY HOT Hand Warmer works for at least 7 hours.
After use (one time), you can easily throw away the pad with your household waste.
