NITECORE NU33 Headlamp
Nitecore NU33 Headlamp Rechargeable - The NU33 is the newest member of the NU series from Nitecore and this headlamp is ideal for various outdoor activities such as night walks, camping and more. It is equipped with three different light sources and is powered by the built-in Li-Ion battery (2000 mAh) that is charged via the USB-C connection.
The primary LED delivers a maximum of 700 lumens of power, which amply illuminates the surrounding area. In addition, the very broadly dispersing CRI LED, with a maximum of 50 lumens, illuminates the nearby area with a particularly colourfast color. CRI (Color Rendering Index) means color rendering index where the maximum value is 100. The higher the index, the brighter the illuminated objects. The NU33 has a CRI index of >90. The extra red LED provides 13 lumens to maintain night vision for wildlife watching, stargazing, emergency rescue and night photography, for example. The primary LED has 3 light levels and an SOS and beacon function while the CRI LED has 2 modes. The red LED has 1 position and also a flashing function.
The very simple operation of the NU33 is via two switches on the top of the lamp. The Lockout function prevents you from switching on the lamp unintentionally. The robust black polycarbonate housing is waterproof according to IP66 and has a drop resistance of 1 meter. The supplied flexible headband is highly elastic, breathable and lightweight. The reflective strips on the outside of the headband provide extra safety in the dark. The NU33 works on a powerful built-in Li-Ion battery (2000 mAh) that is fully charged in 1.5 hours via the USB-C connection and the included USB-C charging cable. The lamp is also equipped with 4 power indicators to indicate the remaining battery power.
The rechargeable Li-Ion battery (2000 mAh) has a burn time of 4 hours (turbo), 9 hours (high) and 38 hours (medium) with the primary white light. The lamp delivers 700 lumens (turbo), 200 lumens (high) and 60 lumens (medium). The maximum beam distance of the white light is 135 meters and the maximum light intensity is 4578 candela.
The CRI LED has a burn time of 47 hours (low) and 147 (very low). The lamp delivers 50 lumens (low) and 6 lumens (very low). The maximum beam distance is 6 meters and the maximum light intensity is 58 candela.
The red LED provides 13 lumens and the burn time is 26 hours (steady) and 50 hours (blinking). The maximum beam distance is 8 meters and the maximum light intensity is 14 candela.
