The New Ultra-Bright and Indestructible Night & Hunting Binoculars Pirschler 8x45 Abbe-König / Magnesium
The long-awaited smaller "stalking version" of the Pirschler night binoculars is finally here. The primary focus of these binoculars, apart from reducing size and weight (950 g), is their usability as night observation binoculars. Therefore, they are equipped with Abbe-König prisms and have a larger objective diameter than the standard 42 mm. This larger objective, combined with high-quality multi-coating, makes the binoculars significantly brighter than those with a 42 mm objective.
Stability and Durability
Thanks to modern materials and manufacturing techniques, these binoculars are both durable and lightweight. They are ideal for all applications and particularly well-suited for smaller hands, such as those of women and children.
Unlike many other binoculars, the Pirschler 8x45 contains no plastic components (except for the tripod cover and armor). The body and bridge are made of an ultra-hard but lightweight magnesium alloy, making them virtually indestructible. The diopter adjustment (+/-4) is located on the right eyepiece for better usability. All essential parts – diopter, eyepieces, and focus wheel – are made from durable Duraluminum, ensuring long-lasting performance. The ergonomic design also allows for a comfortable one-handed grip, even when wearing gloves.
Brilliant Optical Performance
Looking through the Pirschler 8x45, the brightness of the image is immediately noticeable. The high light transmission ensures excellent contrast and razor-sharp contours, even at dusk. The combination of CT glass, DDlucid coating, and high-quality Abbe-König prisms guarantees a clear and bright image with minimal dispersion.
Comfortable Handling for Uninterrupted Nature Observation
The binoculars fit comfortably in hand due to their ergonomic shape. The "Best Grip" rubber armor ensures a firm hold, even in wet conditions. The open bridge design allows for secure handling, making them easy to hold and operate with one hand.
The Raindefender Nano coating creates a water-repellent effect, and the binoculars are completely waterproof up to 1 meter. The eyecups adjust in three positions for an optimal eye distance, making them suitable for eyeglass wearers. The adjustment is precise, with a firm locking mechanism that prevents accidental movement.
Waterproof Housing & Water-Repellent Nano Coating
The Raindefender Nano coating ensures a water-repellent effect, and the binoculars are fully pressure-waterproof up to 1 meter in both warm and cold water.
Smart Focus 50 m to Infinity
A great advantage in low-light conditions or at night is the Smart Focus system. After focusing on an object about 100 m away, the eye automatically adapts from 50 m to infinity without needing constant refocusing. The focus setting can be adjusted using the tactile marking on the focus wheel.
Wide Field of View
With a field of view of 135 m, these binoculars make it easier to scan the surroundings and spot wildlife quickly.
Perfect for Eyeglass Wearers
The eyecups, which can be adjusted in three positions, ensure an ideal eye distance. The improved eyecup mechanism offers clear resistance and precise adjustment without any looseness. Compared to previous models, the Pirschler binoculars have an increased exit pupil distance (20 mm), making them even more comfortable for eyeglass wearers.
